EXPERIENCE
Hi my name is Amika, I have 2 children and have been in the fitness industry now for 4 years. I have experience teaching exercise face to face, in forms of 1 on 1, partners and groups. I also have experience in creating fitness programs tailored to every individual who signs up online for a training program, needing help to reach their own goals. Over the years I have studied and learn’t about the best supplements and foods to eat to stay young, healthy and fit. I love to teach my daughter, and hopefully soon my son as he gets older, about how important it is for the right nutrition and keeping your body active. Let us help guide you in the right direction, whether that be teaching your kids or learning more about your own overall health, to stay fit, healthy and feeling young!
Hi my name is Lee, I am a Nonna (hunny bunny to my grandchildren) and have found that it is important to teach my granddaughter grounding and stillness through quiet time and children’s yoga. My own fitness journey has been up and down and a bit of a long process through trial and error. I believe that we need to teach our young children the value in eating well (no sugar), stretching, breathing and moving our bodies for overall health and fitness. I am big on taking the supplements required to keep your body feeling young. My husband and I, every morning take a few supplement drinks and tablets every morning, and have noticed a huge difference in our overall energy and look and feel of our skin. My daughter Amika has helped keep me accountable regularly by making sure I look after my health and body by regular gym exercise and nutritional food.
